Organization: Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL)

This application is developed for internal use only by authorized employees of CIAL to request, manage, and track appointments within the organization.

3. How We Use the Information
We use the information to:
- Schedule and manage internal meetings
- Notify users of appointment updates via push notifications
- Improve user experience within the app (e.g., save preferences)
4. Use of Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a Google service, to:
- Send push notifications for appointment confirmations, reschedules, or cancellations
- Firebase may collect basic device identifiers (e.g., tokens) for the purpose of sending notifications.
- Firebase does not access or use personal data from the app beyond what's required for notification delivery.

6. No External Sharing

7. Your Control
Employees are assigned access by CIAL’s IT/Admin team. For concerns about access, accuracy, or security, please contact the internal IT support desk.
