Online sealed item rate E-Tenders are invited from reputed Elevator Works contractors possessing requires experience for the work as detailed below
Name of work : Elevator works for the expansion of international air cargo infrastructure at Cochin International Airport Ltd.
Estimated Cost : Rs. 75 Lakhs.
Period of Completion : 6 Months
Tenderers should have:
1. Bidder shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Elevator System.
2. Valid PF & ESI registration
3. A. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least one similar work in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs.60.00 lakh during the last 07 years (01.02.2016 - 31.01.2023) Or
B. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least two similar works in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs.45.00 lakh each during the last 07 years. (01.02.2016 - 31.01.2023).
(Similar work means Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Elevator works of multistoried buildings, as a single contract or as a part of composite contract. .Attested copy of the client certificate for satisfactory completion of the work should be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100% completed during the said period of the project. In case the works are executed for Private Client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than above mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience.
4. Should have annual work contract receipts of value not less than of Rs. 1.12 Cr during any one of the last five financial years ending 30th March, 2022 (Audited financial statement for the last 05 years 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-20, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 should be submitted).

Tenders of only those Original Equipment manufacturers as approved in the tender published are deemed to be qualified after scrutiny of their eligibility documents after evaluation. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
