Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd. in the prescribed format for the work- Sales of Used Restaurant Furniture from CIAL. Details of the Tender process are as follows:

Note

1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for Sales of Used Restaurant Furniture at CIAL. The items shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. As the used furniture is located in the Security Hold Area, individuals wishing to inspect the assets must obtain token passes. To obtain a pass, each visitor must provide valid identification, proof of payment of applicable fees, and a photograph. The expected duration for obtaining a token pass is 1 hour. Entry will be limited to one representative per agency/bidder.

 

Interested agencies/individuals may purchase the Tender document from the Commercial Department, CIAL in office working hours by paying the Tender fee of Rs 1,000/- incl GST on or before 1500 hrs on 22.10.2026.

 

Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
