ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 8.75 Crore in any of the last three financial years.
Documents: Financial Statements audited viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have a Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of a Chartered Accountant affixed on it. In case if any Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, a CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.
2. The bidder should have successfully implemented CCTV or LAN Infrastructure in reputed organizations during the last five years.
- One similar work in a single contract valuing more than Rs 1.40 Crores
- Two similar works, each in a single contract valuing more than Rs 87.50 Lakh
- Three similar works, each in a single contract valuing more than Rs 70 Lakh
Documents: Satisfactory work completion certificate from the competent authority of the customer, along with the Purchase order.
3. The bidder should have a local office in Kerala.
Documents: Service center of the bidder in Kerala with GST details.
