Eligibility Criteria for Pre-qualification
1. Permanent Account Number (PAN).
2. Similar work experience during the previous 7 years: the bidder shall have satisfactorily completed either one similar work of value not less than Rs. 40 Lakhs, or two similar works of value not less than Rs. 25 Lakhs each, or three similar works of value not less than Rs. 20 Lakhs each.
3. Similar work shall mean design, manufacture/supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ULD handling systems, airport cargo handling equipment, castor/ball/roller decks, motorised roller conveyors, hydraulic lifting platforms/scissor lifts or similar heavy-duty material handling systems.
4. Satisfactory completion certificate(s) from the client shall be submitted for the qualifying work(s).
5. Minimum annual turnover shall be Rs. 1 Crore in any one of the last three financial years.
6. Audited Financial Statements for 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 shall be submitted. The financial documents shall bear UDIN; where applicable, a CA Certificate with UDIN certifying turnover may be submitted.

Interested agencies may submit applications with supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the Office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P.O., Ernakulam - 683111, on or before 14.10.2026 for pre-qualification.
Tender documents shall be issued only to agencies found eligible after scrutiny. Tender fee may be remitted in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited, payable at Ernakulam. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. Tenders without the prescribed EMD shall be summarily rejected.
