Sealed item rate tenders are invited from reputed civil contractors for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport Ltd, Nedumbassery.
Name of work : Supply and Installation of MS Weld Mesh Fencing around CIAL
properties
Estimated Amount : 190.61 Lakhs
Earnest Money Deposit : Rs3,80,000/00
Period of Completion : 6Months
Eligibility Criteria : Tenderers should have
- Valid Civil ‘A’ class & above registration in CPWD/State PWDs/MES/Railways or have a valid empanelment for civil works with any Public Sector Undertakings/Govt. agencies for a value equal to or higher than the estimated cost of this work
2. Valid PF & ESI registration
3. Satisfactorily executed: -
a. At least one civil work valuing more than Rs 152Lakhs in during any of the last
05 years.
Or
b. At least two civil works valuing more than Rs 95.3Lakhs each in single
contract during any of the last 05 years.
Or
c. At least three civils works valuing more than Rs76.20lakhs each in single
contract during any of the last 05years
(Satisfactory Completion Certificate from the client should be produced for the
work. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the work, date of start
of work and completion date of work. In case the work is executed for Private Client
Copy of Work Order, List of major components of work with their values, TDS
certificate for all payments received from the client, copy of final bill paid by the
client shall be submitted)
4. The bidder shall produce satisfactory completion certificate for the last completed
Project with Cochin International Airport Ltd. (This applicable to agencies who
have previously executed Civil work at Cochin International Airport Ltd.)
5. Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs286Lakhs, during any one of the last
five preceding years ending on 31.03.2026. (Audited balance sheet showing
turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be
submitted along with the application for prequalification)
Cost of tender documents : Rs2500 + Tax
Period of sale of tenders : 12/10/2026 to 15/10/2026
Date of tender submission : 28/10/2026 up to 1500hrs
Date of tender opening : 28/10/2026 at 1530Hrs
Interested agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in eligibility criteria in the Office of The Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd, Kochi Airport (P O), 683 111 on or before 30/09/2026 for prequalification.
Tenders shall be issued only to those agencies who are found eligible after scrutiny of their applications. The cost of tender Documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft favouring CIAL payable at Ernakulam.
CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
