Basic Eligibility Criteria

1	Legal status and eligible constitution	Indian incorporated bidder: Foreign incorporated bidder/OEM:
2	Financial capability — annual turnover	The Bidder shall have achieved an annual turnover of not less than ?10 crore (Indian Rupees Ten Crore) or equivalent in foreign currency in any one of the last three completed financial years immediately preceding the bid due date.
3	Positive net worth	Should have for last three financial years
4	Relevant technical experience	The Bidder and/or the OEM/Principal Technology Provider whose solution is offered shall possess at least three years of demonstrable experience in vehicle tracking systems; fleet tracking and management systems.
5	Similar single work experience	Similar single work order/contract of at least Rs 1 crore in last three years
6	OEM/Principal authorisation	Original tender-specific Manufacturer's/OEM Authorisation, on OEM letterhead, signed by an authorised official and identifying the Tender and Bidder.
Note: All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the bidder. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
