TENDER NOTICE
TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF PRINTED AND PRE-PRINTED STATIONERY TO CIAL
Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) invites tenders from eligible agencies for the supply of Printed and Pre-printed Stationery to CIAL for a period of one year, extendable for a further period of two (2) years, based on satisfactory performance.
Tender documents will be issued from 07.09.2026, during office hours, from the office of the Deputy General Manager–Commercial, CIAL, upon payment of Rs. 500/- towards the cost of the tender document, up to 22.09.2026 at 1400 hrs.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be Eligible to participate in this tender, the bidder should meet the following criteria:
- Bidder shall have at least 2 years of experience in supplying printed/pre-printed stationery products to Government organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings / other reputed clients.
- Bidder shall have a total annual supply equal to Rs. 3 lakhs or more in printed/preprinted stationery in any one of the last five years.
- The bidder shall have GST registration.
Each tender shall be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam. Tenders submitted without the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
Tenders shall be submitted by 1500 hrs on 22nd Sept 2026 to the office of DGM-Commercial, Cochin International Airport Limited, Kochi Airport P.O., Ernakulam –683111.
