Cochin International Airport Ltd. requires building on lease to accommodate 98 persons within a radius of around 7 km from the Airport. Interested agencies who own building may submit their building / location details to the security department of CIAL within 15 days from the date of this advertisement
BUILDING REQUIREMENTS
1. Building area requirement for 98 personnel = 98 x 15 Sq Mtr = 98 x 161.5 Sq Ft = 15827 Sq. Ft Carpet area.
2. Maximum distance from Cochin Airport = 07 Km from International Circle
3. Time of travel to Cochin airport = <10 minutes
4. Access road to the facility = Sufficient wide road connecting the main road for the movement of Heavy vehicles.
5. Sufficient area for Dining and recreational activities within the building.
6. Facility of Generator set shall be made available to deal with any kind of power failure
7. The building shall be covered under proper CCTV camera surveillance as a part of security.
8. Perimeter wall with a minimum height of 08 feet with entry and exit gates sufficient for the movement of Heavy vehicles.
9. The entire building shall be exclusively available for the intended accommodation of CISF personnel. No portion of the building shall be occupied, leased, licensed, or utilized by any concessionaire, commercial establishment, or other independent occupant for any purpose.
