Eligibility Criteria
The applicant may be an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or corporation who meets the requisite eligibility criteria prescribed as under. Joint venture companies and consortiums are not permitted.
Bidders should have:
1. Work Experience:
A. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of 240KW DC charging station valuing Rs. 25 Lakhs or more in a single contract or as a part of composite contract during the last 03 years ending 31/07/2026.
Or
B. The bidder should have completed at least two similar works of 240KW DC charging station, each valuing Rs 15 Lakhs or more in a single contract during the last 03 years ending 31/07/2026.
(Similar work means 240KW DC Fasting Charging stations for EV buses)
For this the satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the value and components of the project, date of starting of the work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100 % completed during the said period of the project. In case the works are executed for Private Client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience
2. Annual turnover to the tune of Rs 60 lakhs during any one of the three preceding years, namely 2022-2023 ,2023-24 and 2024-25. Audited financial statements for the last three years mentioned above are to be produced as proof of the financial performance of the contractor with UDIN.
3. If the bidder is a channel partner/dealer of any of the EV charging stations, they shall submit the certificate from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) showing the authorized channel partner/ dealer of the equipment.
4. The bidder should have valid GST registration.
5. ARAI Certification for 240kW DC Fast EV Charger (Dual Gun CCS2 Type).
Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested, as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
The credentials submitted without documentary evidence will not be considered/evaluated. CIAL will have the right to verify the work experience certificate/bank statements as required.

CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
