Eligibility Criteria
The applicant may be an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or corporation who meets the requisite eligibility criteria prescribed as under. Joint venture companies and consortiums are not permitted.
i. The bidder shall submit the authorization letter from the OEM of the offered numerical protection relay make for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and support of the offered relay.
ii. The bidder should have annual turnover of not less than ?50 Lakhs during any one of the last five financial years ending 31st March 2026. Audited financial statement with UDIN for the last five financial years shall be submitted.
Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested, as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
The credentials submitted without documentary evidence will not be considered/evaluated. CIAL reserves the right to verify the OEM authorisation and audited financial statements submitted by the bidder.

CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
