Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd. in the prescribed format for the work-Sale of Vehicles at CIAL. Details of the Tender process are as follows:

Note

1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for the Sale of Vehicles and equipment at CIAL. These vehicles shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price.
3. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.
4. EMD of unsuccessful and responsive bidders shall be refunded without interest within 15 working days of evaluation of financial bids

Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
