Eligibility Criteria for participation in the tender:
Tender may be submitted by the Bidder, provided the Bidder meets the following eligibility criterion for participation in the tender process:

- The bidder must be a registered company, partnership firm, or trust. Proprietorship concerns are not eligible to participate.
- The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in providing support services at airports in India within the last Ten (10) years. Experience specifically in airports is mandatory and non-airport experience will not be considered sufficient. Supports services is defined as activities including, but not limited to technical support, skilled or unskilled manpower supply, housekeeping, security services, trolley retrieval and other facility management services. The bidder should have had a valid service contract at any airport in India as on 31st March 2026.
- The bidder must Possess a valid Security Clearance for Auxiliary Service Provider issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).
- The bidder must have achieved a minimum turnover of INR 20 Crores exclusively from manpower supply/facility management services in any one of the last three financial years.
The above criteria shall be referred to as the Eligibility Criteria. Tenderer must upload documentary evidence including relevant certificates with the technical bid to support the above details.
