Eligibility Criteria:

 

 

 

1. 

 

The Bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.120 Crores in any of the last five financial years.  

 

Documents to be submitted 

Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

The bidder should have executed CCTV Surveillance System in airports or reputed organizations in the last 7 years.

  1. one similar work in single contract valuing more than Rs 30 Crores
  2. two similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 22 Crores
  3. three similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 18 Crores

 

Documents to be submitted:

  1. Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value, period of execution and service support. Client contact details are to be provided.
  2. The value of work considered will be the SITC part.

The bidder shall have local office in India.

Document to be submitted 

Particulars of office /service centre of bidder in India with registration number.

The Bidder should comply with the Government of India Order No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23rd July 2020 issued by the Public Procurement Division, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance.

 

Documents to be submitted:

 

  1. Bidder shall submit an undertaking with respect to compliance to the Government of India Order No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23rd July 2020 at the time of submission of bid. In case above mentioned order is applicable to the bidder, valid registration certificate shall be submitted along with the Technical Bid.)

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any of the reputed organizations.?  

Documents to be submitted: Self declaration by the bidder. If the bidder has already supplied any equipment to CIAL, certificate from the competent authority of CIAL regarding satisfactory service support of the bidder should be submitted. 

 

 

Note: 

 

  1. All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.
  2. A bidder is eligible to submit only one tender for the project.
  3. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected. 
  4. Consortium bidding is not permitted in the tender.
  5. CIAL reserves the right to obtain additional documents from the Bidder or clients of the bidder to assess the eligibility of the bidder or for the technical evaluation of bid. CIAL also reserves the right to verify any of the bidder’s submitted details, with any of the bidder’s clients whose references have been provided to CIAL, to assess the eligibility of the bidder, at any stage of the Tender evaluation.  
  6. CIAL reserves the right to request for short fall documents to be submitted by the bidder during the bid evaluation.
