TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorised Dealer of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Electric Ambulance Buggy Vehicles on behalf of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) for the Design, Supply, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of 02 Nos of Electric Ambulance Buggy Vehicles at Cochin International Airport Limited.

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Pre-Qualification Criteria

- The tenderer must have successfully delivered at least 25 numbers of electric buggies to any reputed clients worldwide in the last 05 years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25).
Document to be submitted:
a. Purchase order copies or reference list for the supplied vehicles shall be submitted for the past 05 years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25) Reference list must be submitted in the following format:

- The tenderer must have successfully delivered at least 10 number of ambulance/patient transport type electric buggies to any reputed clients worldwide in the last 05 years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25).
Document to be submitted:
a. Purchase order copies or reference list for the supplied vehicles shall be submitted for the past 05 years (FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25). Reference list must be submitted in the following format:

- The tenderer must have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 40 Lakhs in any one of the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25).
Document to be submitted: Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto for the preceding three years (FY 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25). If the tenderer is a company registered in India, all audited financial statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of the Chartered Accountant; in case any years Financial Statements do not have a UDIN affixed, a CA Certificate with a UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

- If an authorized dealer is participating in the tender, it is mandatory to provide a Manufacturer Authorisation Form (MAF) from the original equipment manufacturer as confirmation of their affiliation. Format for the same is attached in appendix-I.

- The bidder must not have been blacklisted by CIAL or any other reputable organizations. A self-certification regarding this matter must be provided.
Document to be submitted: Self certified document proving “No Blacklist” by CIAL or another reputable organisation as of the date of publication of tender document.

- The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.
Document to be submitted: Satisfactory report from CIAL, if goods or items have been previously supplied to CIAL.
Note: -
- All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorised dealer itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a Contractor or by firm of Contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms along with necessary prequalification documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application and the receipt of tender fee. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
