Item rate e-tenders are invited from experienced agencies for the civil work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport;

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;
The tenderer should have;
- Valid Civil ‘A’ Class & above registration in CPWD/State PWDs/MES/Railways or have a valid empanelment for civil works with any Public Sector Undertakings/Govt Agencies for a value equal to or higher than the estimated cost for this work.
- Valid PF & ESI registration
- Satisfactorily executed:-
- at least one civil work valuing more than Rs.718 lakhs during any of the last 05 years ending 02.03.2026 or
- at least two civil works in single contract valuing more than Rs.449 lakhs during any of the last 05 years ending 02.03.2026 or
- at least civil works in single contract valuing more than Rs.359 lakhs during any of the last 05 years ending 02.03.2026.
Value of contract means the cost of construction only. Cost of Land is not considered. The client certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, executed value without GST, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. In case the works are executed for private client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work, executed value without GST, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No other documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience.
- Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs. 1,000 lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2025 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for prequalification).

Agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in eligibility criteria. The agencies should submit the duly filled Annexures (I to VIII) attached with this detailed tender notice along with the pre-qualification documents.
Tenders of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after the scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at its discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
