Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification:
Tenderers should have:
- Valid PF & ESI registration.
- The bidder should have completed:
- one similar work in single contract valuing more than Rs.27.69 Crores (excluding GST) during any of the last 07 years ending on 31.01.2026, Or
- two similar works valuing more than Rs.17.31 Crores (excluding GST) each in single contract during any of the last 07 years ending on 31.01.2026, Or
- three similar works valuing more than Rs.13.84 Crores (excluding GST) each in single contract during any of the last 07 years ending on 31.01.2026.
(Similar work means Design and execution of Ground improvement works using stone column by vibro replacement technique for National Highways/State Highways/airports/ industrial plants/ civil structures or grading works, as a single contract)
(A satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work. The certificate shall clearly indicate the value of work executed, components of the project, date of start of work and the completion date of the work. In case the work is executed for Private Clients, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience.)
- Annual work contract receipts to the tune of Rs.50 Crores, during any one of the five preceding years ending on 31.03.2025. (Audited financial statements with UDIN to be produced).
- Solvency Certificate from bank of value not less than Rs.13.84 Crores certified by bankers. The same should not be older than 01 year from the date of submission of prequalification document.
- Net Worth of bidders during last audited financial year should be = Rs.3.50 Crores

Interested agencies may submit their bids online along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in eligibility criteria. The agencies should submit the duly filled Annexures (I to VIII) attached with this detailed tender notice along with the pre-qualification documents.
Tenders of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after the scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
