Item rate e-tenders are invited from experienced agencies for the work detailed below at Cochin International Airport;

 

Name of work	Revamping of lounge in terminal T1 -Phase 1. Sh: Civil, Interior & PHE works.
Scope of work	Interior & PHE works
Estimated cost of work	Rs.406.24 lakhs (approximately)
Period of completion	06 months

 

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;

The tenderer should have;

1. A valid PF and ESI registration certificate.
2. Satisfactorily executed:-
   1. at least one similar work valuing more than Rs.325 lakhs during any of the last 05years or
   2. at least two similar works in single contract valuing more than Rs.200 lakhs during any of the last 05 years.

(Similar work means interior work for hotels/lounges/offices/malls as a single contract or as a part of composite contract. (A satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of start of work and the completion date of the work. In case the work is executed for Private Clients, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience)

 

3. Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.600lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2025 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for prequalification).
