ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The contractor should have their Local offices in Kerala.
(Document to be submitted: - Proof of the local office with GST Registration Details and Company profile.
- The tenderer should have executed front office/ help desk operations in 5-star hotels/ International Airports/ Hospitals( of minimum 100 beds) / service sector organisations (with a minimum strength of 1,000 employees) worth Rs.48 Lakhs per year in a single contract during preceding seven years.
Document to be submitted: - A satisfactory certificate from the customer's competent authority and a PO copy. Details of the competent authority of the customer (contact Phone no., e-mail ID etc.) should be provided along with the satisfactory work completion certificate.
- Tenderers should have Annual turn over to the tune of Rs.10 Crores during any one of the last three years ( 2024-25,2023-24,2022-23)
Document to be submitted: - Audited financial statement. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.
- Valid PF, ESI registration.

Note:
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
- CIAL reserves the right to obtain additional documents from the Bidder or clients of the bidder to assess the eligibility of the bidder or for the technical evaluation of bid. CIAL also reserves the right to verify any of the bidder’s submitted details, with any of the bidder’s clients whose references have been provided to CIAL, to assess the eligibility of the bidder, at any stage of the Tender evaluation.
- CIAL reserves the right to request for short fall documents to be submitted by the bidder during the bid evaluation.
Commercial Bids of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
