- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
a) The bidder’s Annual turnover to the tune of Rs 5 Crores, during any one of the five preceding years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 , 2023-24, 2024-25).
Documents to be submitted: Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements do not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.
b) The bidder should have executed at least
- Three Software license supply, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 61 Lakhs during the last five years. OR
- Two Software license supply, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 77 Lakhs during the last five years. OR
- One Software license supply, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 1.22 Crores Lakhs during the last five years.
Documents to be submitted: satisfactory completion certificate from the client for works executed in a single contract during the last five years.
c) The bidder shall have a local office in India.

Note: -
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a Contractor or by firm of Contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
