The contractor should have their Local office in Kerala.

Document to be submitted: - Proof of the local office with GST Registration Details and Company profile.

The tenderer should have executed help desk operations with digital support services, totaling at least Rs 54 Lakhs annually in a single contract, during any of the previous five years, in organization of strong repute.

Document to be submitted: - A satisfactory certificate from the customer's competent authority and a PO copy. Details of the competent authority of the customer (contact Phone no., e-mail ID etc.) should be provided along with the satisfactory work completion certificate.

Tenderers should have Annual turn over to the tune of Rs.10 Crores during any one of the last three years ( 2024-25,2023-24,2022-23)

Document to be submitted: - Audited financial statement. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

Note:

1. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.
2. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
