TENDER NOTICE
CIAL/FS/PR/BAG/2023-01/Corrigendum 29/01/2024
Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of BA Gallery at Cochin International Airport from leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (‘OEMs’) or suitably qualified and experienced suppliers/firm/company, authorized dealers, service providers.

Period of Completion: 10 Months
Pre-Qualification Criteria

- The tenderer should have a minimum of 05 years of experience in Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of BA Gallery or similar projects. Completion and Satisfactory performance certificate for the same shall be produced.

- The tenderer should have supplied and installed at least 01 nos. BA training Gallery worth at least Rs. 1 crore in total to any of the international airport or a government agency in the immediate last 7 years from November 2023.
Year-wise details of the Work with Name and address of clients and the certificates of satisfactory performance (for more than one-year use) from the end user (With Name, contact address and Email), shall be submitted as given below.

- The audited statement of Profit & loss account issued for FY 2020-21 onwards shall clearly mention the UDIN (Unique Identification Number) or a certificate from a chartered accountant stating the annual turnover of the Company for the last three financial years duly certified by him with UDIN (Unique Identification Number) shall be placed.

- The Annual turnover of the tenderer shall be of Rs. 20 Crores or more in any one of the last 3 financial years (FY 2020-2021, 21-22,2022-23).

- The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by CIAL or any of the reputed organizations. Self-certification for the same shall be produced.

- The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.
Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only)
(shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalised/Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited or proof of electronic transfer in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited)
Cost of Tender Documents: Rs 3,000/- (inclusive of GST)
(Can be remitted in the form of electronic transfer) For getting tender documents by post in India Rs.500/- to be added and Rs.2000/- for abroad.
Date of Submission of application forms for pre-qualification: 09-02-2024 before 16.30 Hrs
Period of Sale of Tenders: From 14-02-2024 to 20-02-2024 between 09.00Hrs to 16.30 Hrs
Last Date and time for the submission of Tender documents: 15.00 Hrs on 28-02-2024
Date and time of opening of the Technical bid: 15.30 Hrs on 28-02-2024
Date and time of opening of the Financial bid: Will be intimated later
Interested agencies shall have to submit hard copies of their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the pre-qualification for issuing the tender document.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
