Eligibility Criteria for participation in the tender:
The bidders satisfying the following criteria only be eligible to participate in the tender:
- The bidder must meet either of the following performance criteria related to the supply of compostable items, in any one of the last three (3) financial years:
- Received and supplied to one or more purchase orders from a single reputed institution aggregating to a total value of ?20 lakhs or more in a one-year period
OR
- Received and supplied to multiple orders to various clients aggregating to a cumulative value of ?40 lakhs or more in a one-year period.
- Turnover of Rs 1 Crores in any one of the last three financial years
- The bidder must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the supply of compostable items such as disposable cups, garbage bags, or other similar products.
- The bidder should not be blacklisted or debarred by any government organizations or Airports.
The above criteria shall be referred to as the Eligibility Criteria. Tenderer must provide documentary evidence with the technical bid to support the above details.
