Note
1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for sale of scrap items belonging to Civil, Electrical, IT and Commercial Dept. The items shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.
3. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors.
4. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
Eligible agencies shall purchase the Tender document from the Commercial Department, CIAL in office working hours by paying the Tender fee of Rs 300 incl GST/- (for items belonging to each dept.) on or before 12.06.2023.
Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
