Sealed tenders are invited from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or their authorized dealers on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) Supply, Testing, Commissioning and Handing Over of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Sweeper at Cochin International Airport Limited.

Period of Completion: 05 Months
- Pre-Qualification Criteria
- The Tenderer should successfully deliver similar equipment to minimum 3 end users in India and /or abroad to any commercial/military aerodrome worldwide in the immediate last seven years from August 2024.
Satisfactory completion certificate from the three end users (including end user address, contact number, official mail address) shall be submitted as evidence.
- The tenderer should have an annual turnover of Rs. 40 lakhs in any of the last three preceding years ending on 31/03/2024. (Audited financial statements for the last 03 years should be produced).
The audited balance sheet showing turnover and profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be produced as proof of financial performance of the contractor. Also, a duly signed statement from a Chartered Accountant with Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) shall be obtained, certifying turnover of the Tenderer for the last 03 years shall be submitted by Indian tenderer.
The self-certified audited statement of Profit & loss account issued for the last 03 years onwards shall be submitted by foreign tenderers.
- The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by the CIAL or any of the reputed organizations. Self-certification for the same shall be produced.
- The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.
- If a dealer is participating in the tender, it is mandatory to provide an undertaking form from the original equipment manufacturer as confirmation of their affiliation. The tenderer must hold the status of an authorized dealer for a respected and established original equipment manufacturer (OEM), which also meets the stipulated experience criteria.
The responsibility for resolving any disputes shall rest with either the parent organization or the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Note: -
- All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Sweeper /Authorized Dealer itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a Contractor or by firm of Contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same work. If they do so, all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms along with prequalification and necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application and the receipt of tender fee. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
