TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from experienced agencies on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Supply, Testing, Commissioning and handing over of 02 No. of Combination Sweeper, Scrubber-Dryer equipment for cleaning Baggage Brake up Area (BBA) and Baggage Make up Area (BMA) at Cochin International Airport Limited.

Estimated Cost: Rs 300 Lakhs. (approximately)
Period of Completion: 07 months.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
-
- The tenderer should have supplied a minimum of 5 Nos. of BBA/BMA cleaning equipments or similar type in India and/or abroad to a minimum of two or more end users for the immediate last 7 years. Year wise details of the above supply with Name and address of clients and the certificates of satisfactory performance (for one year use) from at least two end users (With Name, contact address and Email).

- The tenderer should have an annual turnover of Rs. 4.5 Crore, in any one of the last three preceding years ending on 31/03/2024. (Audited financial statements for the last 03 years 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 should be produced).

- The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by CIAL or any of the reputed organizations. Self-certification for the same shall be produced.

- The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.
- If a dealer is participating in the tender, it is mandatory to provide an undertaking from the original equipment manufacturer as confirmation of their affiliation. The tenderer must hold the status of authorized dealer for a respected and established original equipment manufacturer (OEM), which also meets the stipulated experience criteria.
Note: -
- All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a Contractor or by firm of Contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the pre-qualification for issuing the tender document.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
