Sealed item rate tenders are invited from experienced agencies for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport;

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;
The tenderer should have;
1. A valid civil “A” class registration certificate from CPWD, Kerala PWD or PSUs.
2. A valid PF registration certificate.
3. Satisfactorily executed;
a. At least one civil work valuing more than Rs.100lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years, or
b. At least two civil works valuing more than Rs.75lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years.
Satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work.
4. Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.200lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2022 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for prequalification).

Interested agencies may submit an application along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria for prequalification to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Limited, Kochi Airport P.O. 683111, on or before 28.02.2023
Tender document shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of their application. The cost of tender document shall be remitted in the form of cash or demand draft favouring CIAL, payable at Ernakulam. CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
