Sealed item rate tenders are invited from experienced agencies for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;

Valid PF registration certificate.
Shall have satisfactorily executed at least one similar work valuing more than Rs.32lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years. A satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work. In the case of composite orders, the completion certificate shall reflect the value of work of this nature separately.
Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.100lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2023 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for prequalification).

Interested agencies may submit their application and supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Limited, Kochi Airport P.O. 683111, on or before 20/03/2024. Tender document shall be issued only to those contractors who a found eligible after scrutiny of their application. Cost of the tender document shall be remitted in the form of cash or demand draft favouring CIAL, payable at Ernakulam. CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
