The bidder shall have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 lakhs in any of the last four financial years

(Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria: (i) Audited Profit & Loss statement and (ii) Audited Balance Sheet or Certificate from the Auditors regarding Turnover from Sales and Services for the last four financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22. All audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached)

The bidder should have satisfactorily executed the work of Supply of IED training models during the last 5 years at any of the Airports, Aviation security training institutes in India meeting any of the following criteria (I), (II) and (III):

1. One work of supply of IED training Models in single contract valuing more than Rs. 4 Lakhs
2. Two works of supply of IED training Models, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 2.50 Lakhs
3. Three works of supply of IED training Models, each in single contract valuing more than Rs. 2 Lakhs

(Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria: Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value and period of execution. Client contact details are to be provided.)

The bidder should have own local office/service centre in India for providing warranty services.

(Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria: Particulars of office /service centre of bidder with GST registration details.)

Note:

1. All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder and not through any partner, joint venture, etc.
2. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.
3. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
