Online item rate E-Tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CCTV Surveillance System at Trade Fair Centre at Cochin International Airport Limited.

 

Eligibility Criteria

1. A minimum annual turnover of Rs 48 lakhs in any of the last four financial years

 

Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria

 

1. Audited financial statement with UDIN for the last four financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23.

 

2. Executed satisfactorily any of the following during the last six years:

• one work of SITC of CCTV Surveillance System in single contract valuing more than Rs 9.60 Lakhs
• two works of SITC of CCTV Surveillance System, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 6 Lakhs
• three works of SITC of CCTV Surveillance System, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 4.80 Lakhs

 

 Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria

 

1. Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value and period of execution. Client contact details are to be provided.

 

3. Own local office/service centre in Kerala for providing warranty services.
