Tender documents and tender schedule can be downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. All bid documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/ bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted.
The scanned copies of various certificates duly attested, bid capacity certificate, signed copy of bid document, EMD exemption certificate (if any, applicable as per GOs like G.O (Rt.) No.3630/ 1017
/ LSGD dated 10.11.2017) etc. shall be submitted online. As per G.O.(P) No.1/2021/Fin dated 03.01.2021 EMD/Security deposit exemption is not applicable to MSMEs for Civil/ Electrical/ Infrastructure contracts Bid shall only be submitted online. More details on EMD & bid submission fee are mentioned in the bid document.
The bids shall be opened online on the date and time as mentioned above at the office of Kerala Waterways and Infrastructures Limited (KWIL) in the presence of the Bidders / their authorized representatives who wish to attend at the above address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non- working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at same time and place.
Online Tenders/ bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/-. Tenders/ bids received online without the scanned copy of EMD, bid submission fee and preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected.

All other existing conditions related to tender will be applicable in this tender also unless expressly defined in the bidding document. Kerala Waterways and Infrastructures Limited (KWIL) will not be responsible for any error like missing of schedule data while downloading by the Bidder. Details required for e-payment (Details of bank account having core banking facility and e-mail address of the contractor) shall be furnished along with the tender. Tenders not accompanied by these details will be rejected. All subsequent G.O's connected to tenders are also applicable to this tender.
KWIL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
