TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from authorized Michelin dealers or original equipment manufacturers of Rosenbauer or their authorized dealers on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the supply of 16 Nos. of 24R21 Michelin tyres at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Period of Completion: 03 months.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
a. The bidder must be the original equipment manufacturer of Michelin tires or the original equipment manufacturer of Rosenbauer ACFT, or an authorized dealer thereof. If a dealer is involved, the bidders must provide documentary evidence of their dealership certificate with Michelin or Rosenbauer.
b. The tenderer should have supplied tyres to airports in single work order amounting to min 20 lakhs in any of the preceding 7 years. The contractor should enclose the copy of purchase order / completion certificate from the client for similar works.
c. The firm’s average annual financial turnover should not be less than Rs. 50 Lakhs in any of the last three (3) years taken together ending 31-12-2023. The audited balance sheet showing turnover/profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be produced as proof of financial performance of the contractor.
Cochin International Airport Limited reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The supplier shall supply 16 Nos. of 24 R 21 Michelin tyres with the specification as given in tender document.
Interested agencies shall pay the cost of tender document by DD/Bank transfer and collect the tender document. The agencies have to submit their Tender along with prequalification and necessary supporting documents, as mentioned in the Tender document to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the last date of submission of the Bid Document.
CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
