ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be Eligible to participate in this tender, the bidder should meet the following criteria:
a) Experience of at least three years in Manufacturing and supply of cloth carry bags to any organization/Institution. (Only manufactures will be eligible to participate in this tender - valid proof to be submitted).
b) The Bidder should have received and supplied cloth bags orders to the tune of One Crore or more in any one of the last five years (Financial Year 2018-19 to Financial Year 2022-2023) to a single organization/ institution.)
Client Purchase orders/Client certificate and Copies of invoice to clients and a lab test Certificate on the GSM, Yarn Count, Fabric weight, Tear Strength and Fibre Composition of the sample carry bag should be given in ‘Envelope A-Technical Bid’.
