Item rate tender is invited from reputed contractors registered with CPWD, State PWDs or any other PSUs for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification:
1. Valid civil “A” class registration certificate from CPWD, State PWDs or any other PSUs.
2. Valid PF and ESI registration certificate.
3. Shall have satisfactorily executed at least:
a. One civil work valuing more than Rs.140 Lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be submitted for prequalification).
b. Two civil works valuing more than Rs.90 Lakhs each in single contract during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be submitted for prequalification).
4. Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.270 lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2023 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted for prequalification).

Interested agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the Office of The Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport (PO), 683111 on or before 15/11/2023 for pre-qualification.
Tenders shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of the applications. The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft in favour of CIAL payable at Ernakulam.
CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
