Online item rate E-Tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the Supply and Installation of Boom Barriers at Cochin International Airport Limited.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bidders should have
1. A minimum annual turnover of Rs 40 lakhs in any of the last four financial years.
Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria
i. Audited financial statement with UDIN for the last four financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23.
2. Executed satisfactorily any of the following during the last six years:
· one work of supply and installation of boom barriers in single contract valuing more than Rs 8.00 Lakhs
· two works of supply and installation of boom barriers, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 5.00 Lakhs
· three works of supply and installation of boom barriers, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 4.00 Lakhs
Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria
i. Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value and period of execution. Client contact details are to be provided.
3. Own local office/service centre in Kerala for providing maintenance service.

i. Particulars of office /service centre of bidder in Kerala with GST registration details.
4. Cost of Tender Documents : Nil
5. Period of download of tender document : Till 1500 Hrs on 18/10/2023
6. Last Date of submission of tender document : 1500 hrs on 18/10/2023
7. Date of opening of technical bid : 19/10/2023at 1530 Hrs
8. Date of opening of commercial bid : will be intimated later
9. EMD : Rs 25,000/-
