02 Nos of sealed item rate tenders are invited from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for the supply, testing and handing over of aircraft recovery equipment at Cochin International Airport.

Estimated Cost: Rs 600 lakhs (approximately)

 

Period of Completion: 09 Months

 

Pre-Qualification Criteria

 

1.      The tenderer should have supplied minimum 5 Nos. of aircraft recovery equipment to at least 3 Agencies dealing with Aircraft Recovery Operations in India and/or abroad for the immediate last 7 years.  Year wise details of the above supply with name and address of clients should be submitted along with the tender.  Proof with regard to the satisfactory performance of the equipment from the respective clients shall be submitted along with the tender.

 

2.      Audited balance sheet showing turnover/profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be produced as proof of financial performance of the contractor.

 

3.      The firm should produce a credit worthiness certificate from a bank for an amount not less than Rs. 15 Crores or equivalent.

 

4.      The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by CIAL or any of the reputed organizations. Self-certification for the same shall be produced.

 

5.      The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.

Earnest Money Deposit for Each Tender:  Rs. 2,00,000/- or US $ 2,500/- or Euro € 2,300/-

(shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalised/Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited.)

Cost of Each Tender Documents: Rs 3,000/- (inclusive of tax)

(Can be remitted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery.)

Date of Submission of application forms for pre-qualification: 22-09-2023 before 16.30 Hrs

 

Period of Sale of Tenders:  From 29-09-2023 to 06-10-2023 between 09.00Hrs to 16.30 Hrs

 

Last Date and time for the submission of Tender documents:  15.00 Hrs on 25-10-2023

 

Date and time of opening of the Technical bid:    15.30 Hrs on 25-10-2023

 

Date and time of opening of the Financial bid:     Will be intimated later

 

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the pre-qualification for issuing the tender document.

Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
