Sale of Scrap Items at CIAL

Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd. in the prescribed format for the work-Sale of Scrap Items at CIAL. Details of the Tender process are as follows:

Date and Time of Site Visit	16.09.2025, 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs. Bidders must carry a Government issued valid ID card like Aadhar. (Only upto 2 representatives per agency is permitted to inspect the scrap)
Last date and time for submission of bids	1100 hrs on 18/09/2025
Date and time of opening of Commercial Bid of Technically qualified bidders.	1130 hrs on 18/09/2025

Note

1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for Sale of scrap items at CIAL. The items shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price.
3. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.

Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
