ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

 

  1. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 4 Crore in any of the last three financial years, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. 

Documents: Financial Statements audited viz, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have a Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of a Chartered Accountant affixed on it. In case if any Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, a CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

2. The bidder should have implemented UPS Systems in reputed organizations during the last seven years

  • One similar work in a single contract valuing more than Rs 64 Lakh
  • Two similar works, each in a single contract, valuing more than Rs 40 Lakh
  •  Three similar works, each in a single contract, valuing more than Rs 32 Lakh

Documents: Satisfactory work completion certificate from the competent authority of the customer, along with the Purchase order.     

3. The bidder should have a local office in Kerala.

Documents: Particulars of the office /service center of the bidder in Kerala with GST details.
