Eligibility Criteria

 

 

 

A.

The Bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.42 Lakhs in any of the last three following financial years :- (2021-22), (2022-23), (2023-24)

Documents to be submitted:

  1. Audited Profit & Loss statement with UDIN number
  2. Audited Balance Sheet or Certificate from the Auditors regarding Turnover from Sales and Services for any of the last three financial years.
  3. A separate statutory auditor’s certificate indicating the value of contracts received during the last five years shall be submitted as Annexure X.
  4. The Positive net worth of the bidder during the last audited financial year ending in 2023-24, should be =10% of the estimated project value, certified by a statutory auditor with a UDIN Shall be submitted separately.

 

 

 

B.

The Bidder should have satisfactorily executed at least one similar work in a single contract valuing not less than Rs.22.4 Lakhs or two similar works in a single contract, each of value not less than Rs. 17 lakhs during the preceding three years in reputable firms.

Similar work shall mean SITC of Desktop, Laptop, Firewall and related accessories works of office spaces, co working spaces, institutions, multistoried buildings, hotels etc

Documents to be submitted: For this satisfactory completion certificate issued by the client is to be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100% completed during the said period of the project. In case the works are executed for Private Client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than above mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience

Details of the competent authority of the customer (contact Phone no., e-mail ID etc.) should be mentioned in the satisfactory work completion certificate.

 

 

C.

 

The Bidder should have an authorization from a reputed manufacturer for

the sales and service of the product.

D.

 

The bidder shall have a local office/service centre or an authorized service partner in Kerala to provide technical assistance and support during the implementation, testing, commissioning and warranty of the quoted items. Details of the bidder’s/authorized service partner’s office or service facility in Kerala, along with GST registration information, must be provided.

E.

 

The firm should not have been disqualified/debarred/ blacklisted from any Government/Semi Government/PSUs/Banks/ financial undertakings etc. An undertaking in this respect on bidder letterhead must be submitted.

 

 

     

 Note:

  1. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors.
  2. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
  3. CIASL reserves the right to obtain additional documents from the Bidder or clients of the bidder to assess the eligibility of the bidder or for the technical evaluation of bid. CIASL also reserves the right to verify any of the bidder’s submitted details, with any of the bidder’s clients whose references have been provided to CIASL, to assess the eligibility of the bidder, at any stage of the Tender evaluation.
  4. CIASL reserves the right to request for short fall documents to be submitted by the bidder during the bid evaluation.

 

 

 

The cost of tender documents can be remitted in cash or UPI, via account transfer to the bank account specified below, or by Demand Draft in Favor of CIASL, payable at Ernakulam.
