Sealed item rate tenders are invited from the reputed Airfield Ground Lighting contractors/ Airfield Ground Lighting Original Equipment Manufacturers/ Airfield Ground Lighting Original Equipment Manufacturer Authorized Dealers, for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
Name of work : Supply of LED Runway Centreline Lights and Elevated Taxiway Edge Lights at Cochin International Airport
Estimated Cost : Rs 80,00,000/-
Period of Completion : 4 Months
Eligibility criteria :
- Executed satisfactorily at least one Airfield ground lighting related work/Supply in single work order /contract for a value not less than Rs 64 lakhs or two AGL works/supply single work order /contract for a value not less than Rs 40 lakhs each during any of the previous (5) five years ending on 31-07-2025 in any Airport. For this the satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the value and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100 % completed during the said period of the project.
- Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs 160 lakhs during any one of the four preceding years namely 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25. Audited financial statements for the last four years mentioned above with UDIN are to be produced as the proof of the financial performance of the contractor.
Earnest Money Deposit : Rs 1,60,000/-(shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalised/Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited.)
Cost of Tender Documents : Rs 2000/- + GST (Can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery.)
Date of Submission of application forms for pre-qualification : 24-07-2025 before 4.30 PM
Period of Sale of Tenders : From 28-07-2025 to 31-07-205 between 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the pre qualification for issuing the tender document.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application.
CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
