DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF OLD GSE BUILDINGS

Item rate e-tenders are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd. in the prescribed format for the demolition and disposal of the old GSE building from the premises of CIAL. The successful bidder shall be responsible for demolishing the structure and removing all salvageable materials at their own cost. Details of the tender process are as follows:

Note

1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for the demolition and disposal of the old GSE building from the premises of CIAL. The successful bidder shall be responsible for demolishing the structure and removing all salvageable materials at their own cost. The minimum bid value will be Rs 75,30,185/- + GST. All the items shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.
3. The scope of this contract includes removal of the structure of the building only upto the ground level only. Any Ground Handling equipment, vehicles, machinery, energy meters, panel boards, distribution boards, electric fans and surrounding soil lying inside or in the vicinity of the building does not come under the ambit of this contract. CIAL will handover the structure after removal of all the equipment and machinery to the successful bidder in order to commence the demolition. The successful bidder shall ensure that the entire wastes are removed from the premises of CIAL without spillage/causing damages to the assets owned by CIAL. The work has to be completed within 30 days of the award of contract.
