Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to for selection of a consultant for carrying out feasibility study and preparation of conceptual master plan for a 20-acre IT/ITES park at CIAL.

Minimum Eligibility (Pre-Qualification) Criteria

The Applicant shall fulfil the following conditions of pre-qualification criteria to be considered for detailed technical and financial evaluation. Proposals not satisfying these pre-qualification requirements, shall be summarily rejected:

1. Legal Status and Indian Presence

1. The Applicant shall be one of the following legal entities:
   1. 1. A Company registered in India under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, OR
      2. A Partnership Firm registered under the provisions of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, OR
      3. A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) incorporated under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act.
2. The Applicant must have a registered office or operational presence in India for at least the last seven (7) years preceding the Proposal Due Date.
3. Applicant should have minimum 05 years’ experience in providing project advisory/consultancy services for setting up large scale IT infrastructure /Commercial real estate/Land development/Aerocity projects etc.
4. Consortiums or Joint Ventures are not permitted under this RFP.

 

2. Financial Capacity

1. The Applicant shall have had an average annual turnover of not less than ?50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore only) during the last three (3) financial years (FY 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25), exclusively from consultancy or advisory services.
2. The Applicant shall submit audited financial statements or a certificate from a statutory auditor (with UDIN Number) in support of this requirement.

Steps to purchase the Bidding Documents

2. Upon making the payment of Cost of Bidding Documents, the Applicant shall send the proof of payment to email id rajesh@cial.aero OR anish.cr@cial.aero. Post the receipt of valid proof of payment and following verification of payment, CIAL shall provide the RFP to the Applicant via email.
