TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from experienced agencies on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Automated Water Pumping System for Fire station at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
Name of work: Automated Water Pumping System for Fire station at Cochin International Airport.
Estimated Cost: Rs 37.30 Lakhs. (approximately)
Period of Completion: 03 months.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- Valid PF & ESI registration certificate.
- The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed at least one piping work with PVC / UPVC/ MS/ GI etc. valuing more than Rs. 30 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years.
OR
The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed at least two piping work with PVC / UPVC/ MS/ GI etc. valuing more than Rs. 18.5 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years.
OR
The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed at least three piping work with PVC / UPVC/ MS/ GI etc. valuing more than Rs. 15 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years
satisfactory completion certificate (with work value and dates) from the client should be submitted for prequalification.
- Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs. Rs.56 lakhs during any one of the 03 preceding years ending on 31.03.2024 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 03 years should be submitted for prequalification).
Note:
Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested, as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their applications along with prequalification and necessary supporting documents, as mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111.
Tenders shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of the applications. The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft or electronic transfer in favour of CIAL payable at Ernakulam.
CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
