TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from Dealers/Manufacturers of reputed workshop equipment and machineries on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Workshop Machineries and Equipment at Cochin International Airport Ltd.

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Document to be submitted: Valid authorised dealership certificate issued by any of the firms mentioned in the Pre-Qualification criteria. The tenderer must continue to be an authorised dealer of the firm at the time of tendering.
- The bidder should not have been blacklisted by CIAL or any reputed organizations. Self-certification for the same shall be produced.
Document to be submitted: Dated self-certified non-blacklist certificate.
- The tenderer should have an Annual turnover of Rs. 55 Lakhs or more in any one of the last 03 financial years (2021-22,2022-23,2023-24).
Document to be submitted: Audited financial statement for the preceding three years showing company turnover must be submitted as proof of the financial performance/ audited balance sheet and profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be submitted.
If the tenderer is a company registered in India, then, a duly signed statement from a Chartered accountant with a Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) certifying the turnover/ audited balance sheet and profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be submitted.
- The tenderer must have completed one work similar to the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of workshop machinery, such as garage equipment (eg: hydraulic lifts, garage trolleys, worktables, tyre racks) or powered tools or workshop tools or fuel pumps or a combination of these with a value equal to or exceeding Rs. 1.5 Lakh in a single Purchase Order or Invoice during the last 10 years from April 2025.

Note: -
- All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.
- Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a Contractor or by firm of Contractors.
- No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and/or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
Technical overview:
The detailed technical specifications will be provided as part of the tender document.
The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of workshop machinery and equipment at Cochin International Airport Limited. The items to be delivered and commissioned include, but are not limited to, handheld power tools, handheld workshop tools, fuel dispensers, worktables, pollution testing equipment, wheel trolleys, automotive maintenance equipment, electricity generators, two-post lifts, and various electronic devices used for maintenance.
Cochin International Airport Limited reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

*For getting tender documents by post in India Rs.500/- to be added and Rs.2000/- for abroad. (Prequalified means those who are found suitable after scrutiny of applications.)
Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms along with necessary prequalification documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above.
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application and the receipt of tender fee. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
