Eligibility Criteria:

 

  1. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 70 Lakhs in any of the last three financial years, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24.

Documents to be submitted: Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of the Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements do not have a UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

 

  1. The bidder should have executed an RFID-based Vehicle Identification System in reputed firms, in a single contract, valuing not less than Rs. 17 Lakhs, during preceding three years.

Documents to be submitted: Satisfactory work completion certificate/s for the equipment quoted from the competent authority of the customer, mentioning the following:

  • Purchase Order number, Value of contract, and date
  • Nature & Quality of work executed,
  • Period of execution and work completion date,

Details of the competent authority of the customer (contact Phone no., e-mail ID etc.) should be mentioned in the satisfactory work completion certificate.) The value of the work considered will be the SITC part, excluding AMC.

  1. The Bidder should comply with the Government of India Order No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23rd July 2020 issued by the Public Procurement Division, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance. (https://dpe.gov.in/sites/default/files/DPE_OM_DTD_30.7.20.pdf)

Documents to be submitted: bidder shall submit an undertaking with respect to compliance to the Government of India Order No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23rd July 2020 at the time of submission of bid. In case the above-mentioned order is applicable to the bidder, a valid registration certificate shall be submitted along with the Technical Bid.

 

 

  1. The bidder should have a local office in Kerala.
