SUPPLY OF COMPOSTABLE DISPOSABLE GLASSES
Sealed tenders are invited for supply of Compostable Disposable Glasses 150 & 100 ml to Cochin International Airport for a period of one year. The approximate annual requirement would be around 40 lakh cups. Orders will be placed in lots of 2,00,000 cups. Printing of “C I A L” in bold with Green colour should be done on the cups. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, Cess, printing and delivery at the Commercial Store at the 1st floor of Domestic Terminal. Each tender shall be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam. The tenders without EMD shall be summarily rejected.
To be Eligible to participate in this tender, the bidder should meet the following criteria: -
a) One year experience in supply of Compostable items like Disposable Glasses, Garbage bags etc.
b) The Bidder should have received and supplied orders to the tune of Rs. 5 Lakhs or more in any of the last three years in supply of compostable items to any reputed single institution.
The tender forms are available with the Office of the General Manager, Commercial Department, Cochin International Airport Limited, till 1400 Hrs. on 19.07.2023, on payment of Rs. 590/- in the Federal Bank Extension Counter or by the way of bank transfer towards tender fee.
Tenders are to be submitted by 1500 hrs on 19/07/2023 in the office of the GM (Commercial), Cochin International Airport Limited, Kochi Airport P.O, Ernakulam – 683111.
The bids shall be opened in the presence of tenderers who may be present at 1530 hrs on 19/07/2023 in the office of Cochin International Airport Limited.
